1) Slide number - please quote this when ordering!

2) Aircraft details - ie serial/regn, type, owner/markings, year taken.

3) Slide quality - this is a number between "1" and "5" , with "1" being the highest quality and "5" the poorest. The level of quality is decided on the overall slide, taking into account lighting, position, sharpness, clutter and any blemishes/scratches on the actual slide. Most slide frames have some details as in "2" above written on them and this is not taken into account as they can easily be remounted if you wish. None of the slides are rubbish - it is just a question of how good they are.

4) Price - this is the price set for that slide and is based upon "3" above and also the rarity value of the subject. As most of the slide on sale are single copies, the price quoted is not negotiable (however, if you really want a particular slide then you can put in a higher bid which will be considered).

POSTAGE - In addition to the price per slide you have to add postage (for any quantity) of 55p (UK), £1.50 (EEC) and £2.00 (elsewhere). If you want your order sending out with your regular monthly photo order then there is no extra charge for postage.

ORDERING - We are using a new system from the end of May - please email your order direct to sales@mar.co.uk and we will advise you which slides are available and the price to pay

PAYMENT - the best method is to pay by credit card as we will then only charge you card with the correct amount when we select those slides which you have been successful in buying. If you are paying by cheque please make it payable to "MAP", however, we will not be sending refunds where the order is only partially completed - any balances will be held over until the next list is sent out or can be transferred to your normal photo account. If paying by credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD only) remember to quote your card number and expiry date and the CVV security number. NB No returns will be accepted except for where an error in "2" above has been made or the wrong slide sent, as it is not an approval service.
