We have an up to date selection of aviation books for enthusiasts available from our separate book list and we also publish our own range of booklets.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1) All prints are medium weight and glossy

2) Orders are despatched approx. 4-5 weeks after the closing date for the list (not 4-5 weeks after order date).

3) Where an order is less than £5 in value (excluding P&P & VAT) then a Minimum Charge of £5 is made.

4) Postage is charged as follows -
UK £11 and below - 55p. Over £11 - 5% of photo value
EUROPE £15 and below - £1.50. Over £15 - 10%of photo value
ELSEWHERE £15 and below - £2. Over £15 - 15% of photo value

5) Payment is due with the order - no orders will be processed until we have received payment. All payments should be made payable to “MAP” and can be made via Cheque (UK only), PO/IMO or cash (at your own risk). In addition we accept payment via Visa/Mastercard/Access/Switch/Delta cards. We now accept cash payments in US Dollars and Euros at the following exchange rates - $1 = 50p Euro1 = 60p

6) VAT at 17.5% is to be added to the total of the Photos and P&P for all orders placed by UK/EEC residents - outside the EEC VAT is not payable, but you may be charged Import Taxes by your own country.

7) An invoice will be sent with the Photos showing the total cost and your payment - plus any balance if they do not exactly agree (this will be carried forward to your next order).

8) When you send in your first order (for example from List no 383), you will receive 2 new lists (eg List no 384/385) at the beginning of the next month and then when your photos are sent you will receive the next monthly list with them (eg List no 386).

9) A yearly subscription charge, which is refundable against each order received, (see form which will be sent to you) is payable if you wish to continue to receive the monthly lists. Please note - we DO NOT add every monthly list to our web site - only alternate months.
